What do I need to press the Light Green Cutting PU Heat Transfer Vinyl?

• Flat heat press or iron. 38x38cm Flat heat press
• Craft cutter.    Symphony cutter
• Weeding tool.  Weeding Tool Kit
• Mirror cut artwork/design
• Heat resistant tape.    Sublimation Tape
• Clean plain white paper or Teflon sheet.  Teflon fabric
• Heat resistant gloves
