To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, write it on your invoice. Place the invoice and items securely in its original box. Courier your return to the following address:

After receiving your box, we will inspecting the condition of your item. If the product is still in the original condition we will gladly exchange it or load the credit on your account. We will notify you by email with in 7 days after receipt of your return.
For defective products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.
