Selection of Finalists:

• Ten finalists will be chosen through a random selection process from all the entries on 9th December 2024.

Winner Announcement:

• Join us on the 13th of December 2024 at the Titan Jet event, where the 10 finalists will each select a key, but only one key holds the power to unlock the car.

The Prize:

The prize is a red Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GL MT, presented in its current condition as displayed on the Titan Jet Africa showroom floor.

The Draw:

• The draw will take place at Titan Jet Africa Pretoria.
• The 10 finalists will be selected by means of a randomized ticket selection.
• Draw Date of 10 finalists: 9 December 2024.
• Winner Announcement: 13 December 2024.

Terms & Conditions

Promotion by Titan Jet Africa

• This competition is organized by “Titan Jet Africa” (the promoter) within the borders of South Africa.
• All persons entering this competition (“participants”) agree to the competition rules (“the rules”) and competition terms and conditions (“the T&C’s”) as set out below.
• This competition is open to any participant who is a citizen of South Africa and is at least 18 years old.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend The Rules and Terms and Conditions by notification at any time during the competition.
• The competition will run from 10th June 2024 to 6th December 2024.
• The promoter’s decision in this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• A participant will be excluded if he/she is a director, member, partner, employee, employee family member, agent of, or consultant to the promoter or any other person who directly and indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter and will include any supplier of goods and services in connection with this competition.

The Competition & Rules:

• This Promotional Competition opens on 10th June 2024 and closes on 6th December 2024.
• The drawing results of the 10 finalists will be announced on the 9th December 2024 as set out in this competition’s terms and conditions. Thereafter, the names of the finalists will be published on the Titan Jet Africa social media pages.
• The promoter will contact the winners using the contact details provided on the entry form. The promoter will not be held liable if the winner fails to receive a prize due to incorrect contact details. Finalists must be present on the day of the competition announcement; otherwise, they will forfeit their chance to win the car. If the promoter cannot make contact with any winner after taking reasonable steps to do so (within 7 calendar days from the draw), the winner will forfeit the prize, and the promoter may, at their sole discretion, choose to conduct another random draw for the particular prize.
• The winner of the car must collect their vehicle at their own expense. The promoter will be given a reasonable amount of time to register the vehicle in the winner’s legal name at the promoter’s cost. The promoter will not be responsible for any costs or expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to: collection, delivery, possession, insurance, use, or maintenance of the vehicle. All costs associated with the car, apart from the warranty and maintenance provided by the dealership, will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner must accept the terms of the existing warranty and service plan as they are on the date of taking ownership of the vehicle.
• Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Identification will be required by the promoter on the collection of the prize.
• The promoter shall not be held liable for any claims, liability, damages, loss, cost, or expenses whatsoever which are suffered by any person (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of or arising from participation in this competition or the use of the prize awarded. By entering this competition, the participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the promoter, its subsidiaries, agents, contractors, marketing, and promotional agencies harmless from any and all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of his/her participation in the prize draw and/or acceptance and/or use of any prizes.
• If the invoice that was used to enter the competition is refunded or any goods returned on that invoice, the entry into the competition will be canceled.

Privacy Disclosures

• The participant agrees to and understands that should his/her ticket be selected in the draw and he/she wins a prize, a photograph of the winner together with a staff member of Titan Jet Africa may be published on the Titan Jet Africa social media channels.
• Titan Jet Africa Win a Car Competition 2024 rules and terms & conditions will be published on the Titan Jet Africa website www.titanjet.co.za and will be available to any participant upon request and at no cost to the participant.
